Even if guests don't join your chapter, they often need the products or services of one or more of your members. At a recent meeting a mortgage broker told me that he has received business from at least one guest per year during the 12 years he has been a member. Be sure to hand your guests a tip form before the meeting and let them know that they can feel free to pass a tip to any member.
