LeTip International, Inc.

Kim Marie Branch-Pettid, LeTip President and CEO, confirmed today the completion of the purchase of LeTip International, Inc., from the founder, Ken Peterson. The long anticipated transaction, forecasts a bright future for LeTip, a premier, networking organization, which provides structured, referral programs for small business owners and entrepreneurs throughout the United States and Canada.

From his San Diego headquarters, Peterson stated, “LeTip has been the focus of much of my life’s work and purpose, and I could only make this decision based on what would be in the best interest of LeTip and it’s Chapters. Kim Marie and I share a common vision, and I am confident that she will continue her extraordinary leadership with integrity and enthusiasm.”

“Since its inception in 1978, LeTip has demonstrated industry leadership through creative networking tools for businesses that rely on referral-based lead generation,” said Branch-Pettid, President since 2006.  "I am delighted to have full ownership of this great company. This is a dream come true for me – and one that ensures the continuation of the largest, privately held, referral organization.”

The finalization of the sale was received with rousing cheers and support from LeTip’s Executive and Regional Directors. “We expect our success to accelerate as LeTip moves forward under new ownership," said Executive Director, Robert Smith-Felver.  "Kim Marie’s expertise over the past two years, has already brought significant improvements and innovations to LeTip’s business-to-business referral platform. Her ownership will benefit members, and their businesses, for years to come."
