Sy Schaefer, NY | NJ Executive Director Semi-Retires
It is my distinct pleasure to announce to the LeTip family that although Sy Schaefer, our esteemed Executive Director of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut will be semi-retiring as of September 15, 2009, he will be continuing his relationship with LeTip as a Special Advisor.
Sy has been a stalwart supporter and a major contributor to the success of LeTip since 1991. His guidance, loyalty and care for the members in his region is legendary. In his semi-retirement, Sy, also known as “Mr. LeTip,” will continue as a Special Advisor to LeTip International. This new opportunity will allow us to continue to grow and learn from Sy’s exceptional and productive knowledge of the inner workings of LeTip.
Sy’s plans include moving to Florida by the end of September 2009, where his keen sense of humor, (expressed as Sy-isms), will continue to serve the company in it’s own unique, positive, and professional way.
We are honored to have the opportunity to continue to draw upon Sy’s extensive years with LeTip and wish him many sunny days ahead.
Beginning October 1st, Sy's New Jersey and NYC chapters will be managed by LeTip's newest Regional Director, Paul Della Valle, who hails from Verona, NJ. Long Island chapters will be under the watchful eye of Ken Rubinetti, our LI Regional Senior Ambassador. With both of these professional networkers on board, we look forward to ongoing success for our LeTip members throughout the Empire and Garden States!
